For the experts educated in approaches and methods of family psychotherapy, it is very hard to imagine a real dialogue in practice and a practical examination and detection of what is therapeutically beneficial behind propositions, theoretical hypotheses, instructions and schemes offered by particular approaches. In her book, published now in Czech, W. Seltzer chooses an alternative way for presentation of her “dialogue” method of family therapy. She shows the method in action and illustrates it on six stories from her praxis.
