Anton A. Bucher, Professor of Religious Education at the University of Salzburg, gives in this book an extremely broad overview of the state of psychological research on happiness (101 pages of literature). He also registers internet sources, dissertations and theses. The author and his team have also conducted research, namely research on happiness in children and on the satisfaction of religion teachers in Austria, and his experience as an empirical researcher is evident in the text.
