The author of this book is a psychologist and psychotherapist. In this book, he introduces the basics of psychoanalysis and psychoanalytical psychotherapy, which according to him is still a controversial topic. The book is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. The goal of the author is to introduce psychoanalysis to a wider audience.
