The 2nd Czech edition of the successful book by the American counselling psychologists and therapists Bernard Schwartz and John Flowers brings a number of practical advice and recommendations. The foreword to the book was written by the famous American psychologist Richard Lazarus, who points out that in the past, every university graduate was armed with a great deal of academic knowledge, but was often completely clueless when he first met a client. Schwartz and Flowers' book, he says, can help aspiring psychologists and experienced practitioners alike in dealing with clinical doubts, dilemmas and problems.
